The MMS Bluetooth Control application represents a significant advancement in industrial button attachment technology. It features an intuitive and modern interface that allows operators to configure key parameters of our button wrapping machines. Users can adjust the number of wraps applied to each button shank and select from three preset programs for streamlined operation. Additionally, the app offers real-time monitoring of machine variables, including bonding time, cycle duration, and production statistics such as the number of buttons wrapped during the current batch and over the machine's lifespan. A comprehensive diagnostics module is included, enabling maintenance personnel to test specific machine components such as heaters, hooks, motors, and switches. To safeguard operational integrity, the app allows for locking machine settings to prevent unauthorized adjustments. Future updates will also facilitate remote software updates through the application, further supporting efficient machine management.
